ARCO/Murray is seeking a Project Manager in Chicago to lead construction projects from planning through completion. You will drive project performance, manage estimates, schedules, cost reporting, and coordination with owners and design teams.

Ideal candidates have a engineering degree (B.S./M.S.), a minimum 3.2 GPA, and internship experience. The role offers strong compensation, benefits, ESOP, and growth opportunities within a Best Place to Work culture.

Formación

• Graduation date in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project from startup to completion, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with design team and owners.
• Lead meetings with owners and subcontractors to review scope and optimize costs.
• Oversee buyout and subcontractor selection, and conduct bi-weekly site meetings.
• Make decisions under tight deadlines, coordinate multiple activities, and ensure client satisfaction.
