Job summary

Frey Consulting Group seeks a Construction Project Manager to keep residential and commercial projects organized from start to finish. You’ll coordinate with crews, subcontractors, customers, and suppliers to maintain schedules and ensure quality work.

Responsibilities include planning, tracking progress and costs, visiting job sites, and communicating updates to customers. The role welcomes growth into PM with a focus on learning construction processes and effective team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or project coordination is helpful but not required.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work with different teams.
• Comfortable visiting job sites when necessary.
• Willingness to learn construction processes and project management.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help plan project schedules, materials, and daily priorities.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress, costs, and important updates.
• Visit job sites and check that work is progressing as planned.
• Communicate project updates with customers.
• Maintain schedules, documents, estimates, and basic project records on a computer.
• Help resolve everyday project or scheduling issues.
