Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to keep residential and commercial projects organized from start to finish. You will work with crews, subcontractors, customers, and suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates may have construction experience or be ready to grow into project management, with opportunities for development, a responsive team, and active involvement across project phases.

Qualifications

• Construction or project coordination experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Good communication and ability to work with different teams.
• Comfortable visiting job sites when necessary.
• Willingness to learn construction processes and project management.

Responsibilities

• Help plan project schedules, materials, and daily priorities.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress, costs, and important updates.
• Visit job sites and check that work is progressing as planned.
• Communicate project updates with customers.
• Maintain schedules, documents, estimates, and basic project records on a computer.
• Help resolve everyday project or scheduling issues.
