Job summary

Place Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the General Contracting Division in the Grocery Department. The role is based in Woodstock, GA, with responsibilities spanning planning, execution, and delivery of diverse construction projects.

You will coordinate budgets, schedules, and safety standards while leading a project team and interfacing with clients and subs. A strong background in commercial construction and MS Project/Primavera/Procore is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Experience overseeing complex projects valued at $1M+ is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to complete assigned projects on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Outline tasks, delegate to team members based on expertise and timelines.
• Manage budgets, perform cost analysis, and handle change orders.
