Base pay range

$135,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

A new urbanist apartment home and mixed-use development firm with in-house development, design, and construction services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. They focus on custom apartment communities that rival the experience, lifestyle, and amenities of living in an urban boutique hotel. This developer has completed or is in progress on more than 10,000 Multifamily units across various urban infill projects nationwide.

Project Details

Project types: Multifamily / Mixed-use

Project locations: DMV/NC (travel required only once per month)

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to obtain reasonable costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship adhering to plans and specifications

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in Project Management with a Multifamily General Contractor or Developer
Experience managing projects valued between $25M - $80M
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to meet deadlines and pay attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary: $140K - $170K DOE
