Job summary

Teksky LLC seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager and Estimator to estimate, manage, and oversee water and wastewater construction projects from planning through completion. The candidate will have strong estimating and project management experience, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams.

The role requires CMAR familiarity and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, and MS Office; strong communication and leadership are essential

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management and estimating.
• Experience with CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk).
• Water and wastewater construction experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Sage Estimating.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities
