Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and at least 5 years of PM experience, with strong leadership and communication skills for tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and PM principles.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage a subcontractor team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and professionals to develop project plans.
• Source and manage subcontractors for various aspects of the project.
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards and building codes.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed to keep projects on track.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on status.
• Conduct site visits for quality control and issue resolution.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management.
