Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years of project delivery experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of construction experience managing projects for a general contractor.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Responsibilities
- Manage a project from inception to completion including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and design review.
- Collaborate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
- Review scope with owners and provide value engineering ideas during proposals.
- Oversee subcontractor buyout and selection.
- Lead biweekly jobsite meetings and coordinate with the Superintendent on safety and quality.
