ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager in Milwaukee to oversee design/build construction projects from design to completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for project performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive construction experience while maintaining quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Experience leading ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of a project from preconstruction to closeout.
• Work with clients to develop concept drawings and project budgets.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and procurement of materials.
• Manage project performance versus budget and prepare financial reports.
