Job summary

Kennedy Richter Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through completion. You will serve as the primary point of accountability for project success, ensuring alignment with KRC's values of Creativity, Communication, and Quality.

You will develop site logistics, manage CPM scheduling, submittals, RFIs, PCOs, and coordinate with A/E and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, estimates, and documents; develop site logistics and CPM schedule.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and change orders with team and client.
• Lead OAC meetings and manage project communications.
• Oversee budgets, buyouts, and monthly pay apps with cost backups.
• Ensure quality and safety standards on site and manage closeout.
