Metric Geo is partnered with a well-capitalized and growing organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead the construction of hyperscale data centers in the Atlanta region.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering mission-critical infrastructure, working within a newly formed team focused exclusively on large-scale data center projects across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for ground-up and retrofit data center builds
• Coordinate closely with design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee budgets, schedules, permitting, and quality across complex project scopes
• Ensure alignment with safety, technical, and operational requirements
• Support strategic planning and execution during early-stage project development

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 5–12+ years of construction experience, with a focus on data centers or complex MEP-heavy projects
• Proven success managing full project lifecycle—from design through closeout
• Strong technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus but not required
