Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee CSA construction projects from pre-construction through turnover. Responsibilities include budgets, schedules, procurement, and documentation to ensure safety, on-time delivery, quality, and within budget.

The role requires a civil/CSA background, experience in data center or healthcare construction, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Excel. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 5-7 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with Data Center, Semiconductor FAB, or Healthcare construction.
• Strong background in Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA).
• Experience with Cleanroom construction, including ceilings, walls, and Raised Access Flooring.
• Knowledge of EPC and Design-Build project delivery models.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Asana, AutoCAD, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of construction codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of CSA construction projects.
• Lead project buyout activities, including bid packages, RFPs, contracts, scopes of work, and work orders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Oversee field execution, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Maintain project documentation, including permits, contracts, change orders, progress reports, as-built drawings, and turnover documentation.
• Drive project turnover and support final inspections and occupancy acceptance.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification.
• Knowledge of CSA industry standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE 7).
• Experience with gas or chemical facility construction projects.
