Job summary

Susquehanna Valley Construction Corporation in Central PA seeks a Project Manager to oversee planning, subcontractors, and profitability. You will translate estimates into schedules, supervise foremen, and drive projects to completion on time.

You'll manage CPM and 3-week look-ahead schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure cost reporting. A Civil Engineering degree and PA PE license are preferred, with 3-5 years’ construction experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• PA PE license preferred.
• 3-5 years of construction experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and long hours willingness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu.
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead Foremen.

Responsibilities

• Organize the overall project and ensure Foremen are executing the plan.
• Plan equipment, staff, and materials from bid documents.
• Choose and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Create and update long-term CPM schedules.
• Maintain cost tracking and job cost reports.
• Coordinate submissions to owner on schedule.
• Lead meetings with field operations and communicate plans.
