You will coordinate a cross-functional team, manage client expectations, and collaborate with project engineering, field leadership, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading planning meetings, controlling scope, schedule, safety, quality, and finances; mentoring new team members and ensuring adherence to budgets

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project engineering or management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or related area.
• Occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates a team and project resources for large and complex projects from initiation to closeout.
• Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
• Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
• Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
• Supports new team members to achieve training and onboarding goals and communicates training challenges to leadership.
