Job summary

Sixense Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a seasoned Project Manager to run projects in the Specialty division. You will oversee all project aspects, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and subs, and manage budgets and schedules to maximize profitability while ensuring safety and quality.

You will lead kick-off meetings, reviews, change orders, and risk assessments, while nurturing client relationships and driving on-time delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; Civil/Geotech preferred.
• 5+ years of specialty project management experience.
• First Aid/CPR and OSHA 10 hour training.
• Driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficient with MS Office and reporting tools.
• Advanced knowledge in job costing and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a project per company policy.
• Supervise subcontractors and subconsultants; manage performance.
• Negotiate scope, schedule, penalties, and requirements.
• Be primary contact for Owner, Architect, Client, Designer, Engineer, and subs.
• Lead kick-off meetings, design reviews, submittals, and material ordering.
