King Asphalt Inc. is seeking a Project Manager responsible for the satisfactory completion of assigned duties under the division manager.

The role oversees scheduling, labor, materials, subcontractors, change orders, cash flows, and client communications on asphalt and related projects. Responsibilities include supervising field operations, coordinating with engineers and clients, and maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of civil engineering and/or project management.
• Experience managing construction projects and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction operations on assigned project(s) to meet schedule and budget.
• Monitor project status and suggest improvements to division manager.
• Coordinate with engineers and clients on design changes and change orders.
• Develop and maintain progress, monthly and weekly schedules for crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with specifications and company policies.
