Qualifications

• Experience managing construction division operations.
• Ability to develop and manage departmental budgets.
• Experience coordinating with customers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Proficient in estimating construction projects using Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer and client satisfaction.
• Monitor work volume and performance.
• Develop departmental budgets for GM or Owner approval.
• Vet and engage subcontractors.
• Manage all aspects of the construction division.
• Lead daily operations of the construction team.
• Validate potential construction leads.
• Assign leads and projects to construction managers and superintendents.
• Ensure adherence to work processes.
• Review estimates prepared by construction managers.
• Support budgeting and bidding activities.
• Conduct weekly Work-in-Progress meetings.
• Communicate with the mitigation division.
• Train team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Estimate construction projects using Xactimate.
