Job summary

Wylander Solutions in the Metro Detroit area is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead rebuilding projects from start to finish. The role requires managing budgets and schedules, coordinating field teams and subcontractors, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring permits and materials are secured.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a project manager.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong planning.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project cycle for rebuilding projects.
• Coordinate field activities and subcontractors.
• Manage project schedules throughout the lifecycle.
• Procure materials, permits, and equipment as required.
• Maintain client relationships and provide written reports.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Track budgets and communicate project status.
• Ensure daily progress and on-site inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers/adjustors.
• Assign projects to crews and complete daily paperwork.
