Job summary

Wieland Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through turnover, focusing on financial management, risk mitigation and contract documentation while guiding the project team.

You will coordinate with Owners, Architects and Trade Partners, manage change events within 30 days, and collaborate with the Site Superintendent to maintain schedules and budgets. A Procore background and strong leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction management experience.
• Procore experience, preferred.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to understand and use technology in the field.
• Ability to travel and work extended hours as project demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage project buyouts by defining trade partner strategies and preparing bid documents for various delivery methods.
• Coordinate with Site Superintendent to update and distribute the project schedule weekly.
• Review Prime Contract terms for risk mitigation and decision making.
• Document and communicate with Owners, Architects and Trade Partners related to project risk, timetables, costs/budgets, change events and delays.
• Ensure project goals are met and communicate changes/risks to the Senior Project Manager/Director.
• Process and reconcile change events within 30 days. Adhere to current processes and procedures regarding change management.
