This role requires strong leadership and a focus on safety and quality. You will manage daily quantities and costs, coordinate with owners and engineers, prepare bids and pay applications, and ensure safety and quality from bidding through project turnover.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management of crews, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily project quantity records and monitor job costs.
• Collaborate with owner/engineer to make field adjustments.
• Maintain project schedules and material needs.
• Prepare and submit pay applications and invoices.
• Assist in bidding and bid document submission.
• Coordinate with management, production crews, and quality control to ensure quality products.
