Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee Akron projects. You will lead planning, budgeting, and execution with architects, engineers, contractors and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in construction management (master's preferred), at least 5 years of PM experience in commercial or residential projects, strong knowledge of codes and safety standards, and proven leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of PM experience in commercial or residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in project management software.
