Essential Skills

• Strong project management skills in construction settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, or 5+ years in construction-related roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation controls.
  
  

Work Environment

Work is conducted in the office five days a week with occasional site visits. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with large general contractors and participate in exciting technical projects, presenting ample opportunities for growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
