Overview

A global e-commerce operator seeks Project Managers to support execution across delivery and fulfilment sites in the United States. The role supports live site delivery during installation, retrofit, and go-live phases. This is a hands‑on, site-based coordination role working alongside senior Project Managers and client teams. This role suits candidates early in their project management career who want strong site exposure.

Role Scope

• Work begins once site installation activity starts
• Work runs through commissioning, go-live stabilisation, and closeout.
• Sites include greenfield builds and brownfield retrofits.
• Delivery and fulfilment sites form the primary environment.
• Resources rotate between sites as projects complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Support live site activity during installation and commissioning
• Coordinate vendors and contractors on site
• Track actions, owners, and due dates
• Maintain short-term plans and action logs
• Attend site walks and coordination meetings
• Support weekly status reporting
• Identify risks and elevate issues early
• Support readiness checks and handover activity
• Project Management Experience with exposure to construction, facilities, logistics, or industrial site environments

• Transferable experience from construction, warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, or energy projects welcomed
