Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all construction projects and ensure high-quality service for customers and clients.

The role includes managing the construction team, coordinating leads to superintendents and carpenters, and ensuring schedules and budgets are adhered to while maintaining compliance with plans and codes. The position emphasizes thorough documentation of each project, including photos and change orders, with routine debriefs to close out jobs

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to superintendents/carpenters
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other superintendents
