SERVPRO Team Jones is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, customer communications, and quality control while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

This role requires strong leadership, construction expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service during the restoration and rebuilding process.

Primary Job Responsibilities are as follows:

1. 1. Customer Satisfaction
   • a. Be responsible for client service and management of the client experience.
   • b. Manage all warranty activities.
2. 2. Project Initiation
   • a. Perform pre job walk as needed with assigned estimator and client.
   • b. Communicate effectively and set proper expectations with client.
3. 3. Project Planning
   • a. Identify and document project scope of work.
   • b. Maintain customer and client communications.
   • c. Educate client on process.
   • d. Ensure proper permits / licensing are acquired.
   • e. Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
   • f. Identify and qualify local supervision if needed.
4. 4. Project Execution
   • a. Create and provide budgets to subcontractors (with Estimator)
   • b. Create and maintain project schedule and timeline. Document activities daily.
   • c. Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
   • d. Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients.
   • e. Communicate daily with assigned estimator, super, vendors, and client.
   • f. Manage jobs costs, invoicing, and collections on all open projects.
   • g. Ensure project safety and cleanliness.
