Job summary

Pullman, a Structural Group company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Kansas City to lead complex restoration and repair projects that strengthen and extend the life of critical structures.

This role oversees self-performed concrete repair, contracts, schedules, and budgets, mentoring field teams, and collaborating with estimating and business development. Base salary ranges $110,000–$130,000 plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

  • 7-12 years of experience in commercial construction and/or structural restoration
  • Proven success managing projects ranging from $1M-$5M+
  • Experience with scopes such as: Structural concrete repair, Waterproofing, Historic restoration (preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and projections
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing others
  • Willingness to travel locally (approximately 20-30%)

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Kansas City team. In this role, you’ll lead complex restoration and repair projects that strengthen and extend the life of critical structures across the region.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager at PULLMAN, you will take full ownership of project execution- from preconstruction through closeout- while leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:
