Construction Project Manager

Intrinsic Development

PAY RANGE: $120,000-$175,000 based on applicable experience.

THE COMPANY: Intrinsic Development is a full‑service real estate development company specializing in upscale multi‑family and commercial mixed‑use developments. We have built over 3.5 million square feet of projects, with an additional 300,000 sq ft currently under construction. Our team has developed hospitality venues, mixed‑use, multi‑family, hotels, clinics, offices, and restaurants across six Midwestern states. We are expanding into Lee's Summit, Missouri and launching a 260+‑acre mixed‑use development featuring approximately 2,900 luxury multi‑family units and over 660,000 sq ft of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality, and other commercial space.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage the construction process for multi‑family residential and commercial builds from concept through completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Maintain total safety compliance for all project aspects.
