Employment Type:Full-Time

Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses

Travel:Approximately 25% to active project sites

Reports To:Project Executive / Ownership

Position Summary

Our client in Arizona is seeking an experienced construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a construction project on behalf of ownership. Working as an extension of the owner, the Project Manager follows, understands, and helps manage every facet of the project-scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and compliance) - translates what is happening in the field into clear, timely guidance for ownership. This is a management-and-advisory role: the Project Manager coordinates with the project team, monitors performance, identifies risks early, and makes well-reasoned recommendations, while keeping ownership fully informed so the owner can make confident, well-supported decisions.
