Role Description

The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in San Diego, CA, with a mix of on-site project oversight and some work-from-home flexibility for planning and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes. The role involves conducting site visits, monitoring progress and quality, resolving field issues, and maintaining safety standards. The Construction Project Manager will communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and internal teams, prepare and update project documentation, and support permits, inspections, and change order processes. This position plays a key role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with New Age Design and Build’s quality standards.
