XLNC Builder is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential projects in the San Diego area. You will coordinate ADUs, remodels, and other residential developments, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing residential construction, coordinating with architects, subcontractors, and clients, and maintaining high quality and safety standards. Local travel required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction projects.
• Experience with ADUs, home additions, remodeling, or similar residential projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work meets quality standards, approved plans, and applicable building codes.
• Track project costs, material procurement, labor requirements, and budget variations.
• Coordinate permit requirements, inspections, and project documentation.
• Identify potential project delays, risks, and site issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on project milestones.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and company procedures.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

About the Role

XLNC Builder is seeking an experienced and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects, including Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), remodels, and other residential developments. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites in the San Diego area are preferred.
