Role Description

This full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role is based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Construction Project Manager oversees restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely, high-quality work. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, monitoring job progress, and resolving field issues to keep projects on track. The role involves communicating regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Construction Project Manager also reviews scopes of work, approves change orders, and supports continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
