Job summary

347 Group, Inc. seeks a Project Manager in the Salt Lake County area to oversee multiple underground telecom projects through completion. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, tracking, and coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines and customer commitments.

The role requires 3-5 years of PM experience in the utility sector, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel and overtime may be needed; excellent benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience in the utility industry
• Excellent customer service and interaction skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Public and Private right of ways including the permitting process
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite to include Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate project plans, scope of work, and manage budgets
• Maintain accurate job information in the project tracking system
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet deadlines and commitments
• Lead meetings to review project status and needs with leadership and team
• Attend customer meetings as required
• Maintain complete project files and closeout documentation

We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Manager in the Salt Lake County area. This individual will be directly responsible for managing multiple underground telecom projects through completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience with the development of accurate project plan, scope of work and managing budget
• Responsible for maintaining accurate job information in company project tracking system
• Excellent communication and coordinating skills with internal departments as needed to ensure project deadlines and customer commitments are met
• Ability to lead meetings reviewing the status of the project and project needs with leadership and team members
• Available to attend customer meetings
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete files for projects and its closeout

Experience and Education

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience in the utility industry
• Excellent customer service and interaction skills
