Job Details

To be successful in this role, candidates should bring the following

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (retail, restaurant, hospitality, or light industrial experience preferred)
• Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, often across state lines
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally with clients and vendors
• Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, and related construction management software
• Willingness to travel if needed, depending on the project
