Qualifications

• 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or relevant work experience.
• Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life science environments.
• Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings.
• Experience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, etc.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in all preconstruction services and engineering sessions by reviewing Owner's expectations/criteria, coordinating with design team and owner and reviews design documents.
• Review and approve bid packages, schedules, and help create site utilization plan.
• Conducts pre-bid conferences, identifies project staffing requirements, and provides value engineering ideas.
• Manages project financials and maintains continuous knowledge of project budget.
• Strong computer skills including familiarity with construction project management applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills including coaching, mentoring and building motivated teams.
• Highly developed project management finance skills.
