Job summary

The Main Line Chamber of Commerce is seeking a project manager with 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction project management. The role involves working closely with owners, contractors, and subcontractors to oversee various projects.

Responsibilities
  • Work with owners, design team, contractors, and sub‑contractors on pre‑development, design/development, and construction of various types of projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to bid and de‑scope contracts.
  • Manage project owner/contractor meetings and negotiate conflicts.
  • Oversee contractors and sub‑contractors in the field.
  • Perform field inspections and maintain quality control.
  • Review change orders, RFIs, submittals, and establish project controls.
  • Track and verify costs on job sites; manage voucher and change order processes.
  • Ensure quality and hold contractors to schedule to meet substantial completion dates.
  • Successfully close out projects.
Qualifications and Benefits

Must have at least 3–5 years of experience. Candidates with a degree in civil engineering, construction project management, or architecture are preferred.
