Job Details

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from precon to closeout
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor costs and project budgets, working closely with accounting and procurement
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality standards, and adherence to contract requirements
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction documents, means, and methods
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project, or similar) and project management software
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
