Job summary

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our Oak Ridge, TN location. The role oversees industrial construction projects from concept through completion, with accountability for budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, client communication, and safety/compliance.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of industrial construction experience, proficiency in Procore/Primavera P6/MS Project, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Industrial construction experience with proven success managing projects.
  • PM expertise including budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Strong understanding of industrial facilities, such as manufacturing, utilities, energy, chemical, or heavy industrial environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Construction Project Manager position in Oak Ridge, TN.

Job Description:

The Construction Project Manager oversees industrial construction projects from initial concept through completion. This role is responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, client communication, and ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
