Role Description

The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring work is executed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves monitoring budgets and costs, preparing progress reports, and addressing site issues to keep projects on time and within financial targets. The Construction Project Manager will collaborate with owners, design professionals, and internal teams to communicate project status, manage change orders, and support quality control. This position also contributes to continuous improvement in construction processes and safety practices across the company.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills, with experience overseeing commercial or specialty projects.
• Candidates should possess Project Management and coordination skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
