As aConstruction Project Managerwithin the Site Operations Division, you play a key operational role. This division supports the Sales team and works in close collaboration with all other departments. It also serves as the client’s main point of contact during the installation phase. As such, Site Operations is the public face of Atelier de la Boiserie and delivers the final layer of added value to our products.

Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Site Director, the Construction Project Manager oversees all aspects of the execution phase on-site: directing works, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations. You are responsible for managing all stages of the construction process, from reviewing technical documentation to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Preparation

  • Support the Site Director during the bidding process and tender responses
  • Review and analyze technical documentation
  • Reassess technical studies and initial budgets; develop a detailed construction budget
  • Obtain required permits and authorizations
  • Identify, assess, and select subcontractors and vendors for each trade

2. Scheduling and Planning

·Define targets and deliverables for site supervisors

·Develop resource allocation plans and schedule project milestones

·Organize on-site workstations and define procedures to meet safety, quality, and budgetary standards outlined in the scope of work

3. Project Supervision

·Monitor on-site progress and track the advancement of all work packages

·Ensure the completion and accuracy of as-built drawings and documentation

·Enforce safety and hygiene protocols in line with company and legal requirements

·Provide regular site reports to the Site Director and/or Project Manager

·Attend coordination meetings with the general contractor or client-side project managers

Required Skills & Qualifications

·Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

·3–5 years of experience in site supervision or project management in high-end construction or interior fit-out

·Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and site safety regulations

·Excellent organizational and time management skills

·Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and adapt to shifting priorities

·Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings

·Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal

·Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset

·Comfortable with digital tools (planning software, reporting tools, etc.)

·A passion for craftsmanship and architectural detail is a strong plus

·French and English fluency preferred (depending on site and client context)

·Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sitesin the USA
