Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects for municipalities and/or FDOT. You will oversee fieldwork, coordinate with contractors and municipal stakeholders, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, tracking budgets and schedules, providing safety oversight, ensuring traffic control compliance, and supporting

Qualifications

• Traffic Control Certification is preferred.
• Experience with e-Builder project controls software.
• Experience supporting grant-funded projects and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee active construction projects to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and traffic control requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and municipal stakeholders; resolve field issues and RFIs; review shop drawings.
• Monitor material quality, track schedules and budgets, prepare project documentation, and support project closeout through punch lists and final inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve field changes
• Respond to RFIs
• Oversee material acceptance and approvals
• Coordinate project schedules and budgets
• Prepare job cost reports
• Provide safety oversight, including traffic control compliance
• Manage project closeout activities

Preferred Project Experience

• Roadway reconstruction, milling, and resurfacing
• Stormwater and drainage systems
• Pump stations
• Bridge projects
• Utility coordination
• Compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and permitting requirements
