SERVPRO Team Nichols is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Manteno, IL to oversee reconstruction projects from estimate through final completion and to lead restoration crews. You will drive operations, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure a superior customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years in residential/commercial construction management, proficiency in Xactimate and MS Office, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. IICRC certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential/commercial construction management experience; restoration/insurance repair experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office.
• IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD) are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of residential and commercial reconstruction projects to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and prepare accurate estimates using industry-standard software.
• Identify, recruit, schedule, and manage external contractors and internal crews.
• Act as primary point of contact for homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters through the repair process.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, permit requirements, and safety regulations.
• Accurately document project milestones, contracts, change orders, and job site photos.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of residential and commercial reconstruction projects to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence.
• Estimating & Scoping: Develop detailed scopes of work and prepare accurate estimates utilizing industry-standard software.
• Subcontractor Management: Identify, recruit, schedule, and manage external contractors and internal crews.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters, guiding them through the repair process.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, permit requirements, and safety regulations.
• Documentation: Accurately document project milestones, contracts, change orders, and job site photos.

Position Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of residential/commercial construction management experience; previous restoration or insurance repair experience is heavily preferred.
