Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

We’re partnered with a leading general contractor specializing in healthcare construction, seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of ground-up and renovation projects across Kentucky. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout preconstruction and construction phases.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare codes, safety regulations, and infection control procedures.
• Lead regular site meetings and provide clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control and ensure punch lists and closeouts are completed thoroughly.
