Peregrine Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to serve as an Owner's Representative providing oversight of assigned construction projects and activities. The Project Manager is responsible for managing change order activity, RFIs, pay application reviews, project schedules, and cost controls, while coordinating closely with contractors, designers, and internal project teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams — including projects that are still in active design while construction is underway — with accuracy and clear, consistent communication.

This position requires successful completion of a background investigation to obtain and maintain HSPD-12 (PIV) credentialing prior to and throughout employment on federal project sites. The pay range for this role is:110,000 - 130,000 USD per year(JHU APL)
