Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead construction and remodel initiatives across travel centers, truck stops, and QSR locations. You will manage budgets, schedules, and teams from concept to completion, with regular travel to project sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CM/related field or equivalent experience, 5+ years of PM experience in retail remodeling, and proficiency with Procore/Primavera/MS Project. Travel up to 50-70% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of construction project management experience, with a strong focus on retail remodels, renovations, or commercial build-outs.
• Proven experience managing remodel projects in retail, convenience stores, fuel stations, travel centers, or quick-service restaurants (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, permitting, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively to project sites (up to 50-70%).
• OSHA 30 certification and PMP or CCM credentials are a plus.

Position Summary

TheConstruction Project Manageris responsible for overseeing all phases of new construction and remodeling projects for our travel centers, truck stops, and QSR locations. This critical role ensures every project is delivered on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards, and in full alignment with LV Petroleum’s brand vision of modern, efficient, and customer-focused highway destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of new construction and renovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and scope documentation.
• Perform site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage permit applications and coordinate with local building authorities and utility providers.
• Verify that all FF&E installations meet procurement and design requirements.
• Identify risks proactively, resolve challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor and report project progress and key performance indicators regularly to executive leadership.
• Travel frequently to project locations (approximately 30–40%).
