Triad Associates Inc., a division of Concordia Group, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead cellular tower, rooftop, and generator projects across our telecom infrastructure portfolio. You will oversee safety, schedules, budgets, procurement, and client communications, coordinating field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and vendors to deliver quality results.

Must reside in the Kansas City, MO area and have Verizon Macro Mods/ NSB experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in telecom
• Experience with Verizon Macro Mods and NSBs preferred
• Proven track record managing tower crews and subcontractors
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficient in project scheduling, procurement, and cost control

Responsabilités

• Manage construction projects end-to-end from pre-construction planning through final completion
• Lead field crews, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and cash flow tracking
• Identify risks, schedule impacts and cost variances; implement corrective actions
• Provide status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Oversee procurement, BOMs, equipment sourcing, and delivery coordination
• Ensure safety, permitting, and regulatory compliance

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects on cellular towers, rooftops, generator installations, and more. As a CPM, you will be instrumental in maintaining safety standards, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations.

Pay Range: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 a year plus bonus

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects end-to-end, from pre-construction planning through final completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and cash flow tracking.
• Proactively identify project risks, schedule impacts, and cost variances; implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Monitor project performance using key metrics and provide accurate, timely status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring clear communication regarding progress, milestones, changes, and expectations.
• Oversee procurement activities, including material takeoffs, bill of materials (BOM), equipment sourcing, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards, permitting requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Lead project meetings, fostering accountability, collaboration, and productive problem-solving across all teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the telecom industry
• Experience with Verizon Macro Mods, NSBs and a little bit of microwave is always welcome
• Proven experience managing tower crews and subcontractors in active construction environments.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
• Solid understanding of construction means and methods, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience preparing estimates and quoting projects using bills of materials (BOMs).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solver with the ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing project environments.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
