Job summary

Heidelberg Materials seeks an experienced project leader to drive construction initiatives from planning through completion at our US sites, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met.

You will coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams, monitor progress, and manage budgets and contracts while promoting cross-functional collaboration to deliver operational excellence across active sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.

Work Environment

Combination of office and field-based work at active construction and industrial sites.

Regular interaction with contractors, suppliers, operations teams, and project stakeholders.

Travel to project locations as needed to support planning, execution, and project oversight.
