Job summary

RQ Construction is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to support active U.S. military projects in the Jacksonville, Florida area. You'll lead projects from pre-construction through completion, managing teams, schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.

This fully on-site role offers a salary range of $110K-$170K plus benefits, with medical, dental & vision coverages and 401(k) employer match. U.S. citizenship is required due to base access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years progressive construction experience.
• 2+ years managing commercial construction projects.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Construction software experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30, CPR & First Aid certifications required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
