GH Engage is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead projects in Indianapolis for a top-tier regional contractor. You will drive planning, oversee execution, and coordinate with estimators, engineers, and clients across industrial, healthcare and data center sectors.

This role focuses on taking ownership of high-value projects, coordinating with distributors and suppliers, and ensuring successful delivery within the Midwest market.

Construction Project Manager - Indianapolis - Tier-1 General Contractor

The Mission:

• Planning and leadership on industrial, healthcare and/or data center projects
• Distributing and delegating tasks to contractors
• Collaboration with estimators, engineers and clients
• Helping to broker deals with distributors & suppliers

You’ll need:

• Experience at a Reputable General Contractor, as a project manager.
• Experience on high-value industrial, healthcare and/or data center projects
• A degree in Construction Management, or significant experience
