Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager to lead high-impact builds in the Built-to-Rent space. You will manage all phases from model homes to amenity packages, drive quality, and coordinate with trades and architects to set up new communities.

The role emphasizes leadership, schedule and budget control, and strict safety compliance as you oversee multiple projects and deliver on ambitious development plans.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Handle warranty work orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Serve as backup for service-related issues as needed.
  • Oversee the construction of model homes in new communities.
  • Manage the construction of amenity packages, where applicable.
  • Ensuring quality control and conducting inspections to meet project requirements.
  • Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and addressing any concerns.
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide full oversight of superintendents, including managing their time and attendance, ensuring quality control, generating weekly and monthly safety reports, sourcing and vetting new trades in collaboration with the purchasing team.
  • Take responsibility for setting up communities, including Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPP), construction trailer setup, and initial home building.

Job Summary

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality control, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
