Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated capital projects. Reviews project proposal, establishes work plan and manages contractors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in construction management and capital project execution
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and financial management for construction projects
• Demonstrated experience in quality control and safety enforcement
• Background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• 3+ years of management experience, including subcontractor coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
